Camp Cozie Nook
We have a Great Pyrenees who gets overstimulated at parks and will bark at anyone who walks by or any sound he hears. Because of this we seek out private locations so that both he, us and those around us can enjoy their camping trip. This location provided exactly what we were needing and this was hands down the best camping trip with our pup. The site is fantastic and the host was super nice! We didn’t get a chance to wander down and meet the farm animals but it was always fun to see them when coming and going!

Camp Cozie Nook
A Fantastic and Private Campsite
We stayed at Camp Cozie Nook over Memorial Day Weekend and had an amazing experience! Robyn and her husband Dennis were incredibly nice and helpful. The campsite itself was fantastic—very private, with a great outhouse and a sturdy tent platform equipped with Adirondack chairs. The fire pit was perfect for cozy evenings. Highly recommend this gem of a campsite!

Beautiful campground
Robyn and Dennis were great hosts. Very friendly and made it feel like their property was ours. Communication was excellent up to the trip as well, with my questions answered. The trip was cut short due to weather, but overall, it was a great stay. Property was beautiful and lots of farm animals to see. Definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Campsite
The campsite is great. The picnic table, outhouse, cooking utensils, dishwashing station, 5 gallon water jug and a free bundle of wood were all really nice extras. There are even extra camp chairs if you need them.
The site itself is set back into the woods and very cozy and private. Definitely need a 4x4 to get up to the site or you can walk in. The babbling creek made for great sleeping and just relaxing at the site. There is plenty of sun and shade at the site.
Plenty of things to see and do around the area. We liked the very eccentric and eclectic, Three Sisters Sanctuary. We grabbed some fresh eggs, meat and other local fare while in the area.
Everyone in and around Ashfield are so nice and very helpful. We even got a free ice cream cone from the local hardware store.
Robyn and Dennis were awesome hosts. We loved hearing about the local history and getting to know all about the farm animals. You couldn’t meet nicer hosts.
We can’t wait to go back for another relaxing trip!

Little Creek Tent Site
We loved camping with Robyn! She was so nice and thoughtful. We were worried about the sire we had booked since it rained the night before we got there but Robyn was proactive and offered us another campsite with a platform before we even asked. The campground was clean and secluded. It included everything we could have needed. Plus the little farm in front of their house was a nice bonus! We got see a llama and how a sheep was sheered! We would definitely come back!
